Whooooo… Relief has come. And then it went out for dinner.

Well, the day after Christmas my parents left town for their anniversary. They just got back today. And now they’re out to dinner with my dad’s parents and sister.

The result on this end? My sister and I watching all 6 little children. Oiy.

The older ones aren’t as much of a hassle, but Olivia keeps needing to be held for long periods of time. Tiring, really…

Mmm. The joys of being–no, wait, I’m not a parent… nevermind.

Whoo again. So, Christmas has come and gone. Everybody seems to like to ask, so I’ll say here what I got.

Most notably, an accoustic steel string Washburn guitar. Do I play? No. Am I learning? Yeah, as best as I can. It came with a padded bag, and my brother got me a strap for it. I also got an electric shaver (uhm, yay), a penguin toy, a shirt, an electric storm lamp (shaped like a lava lamp), a desk clock/calculator thingy, and The Sims Unleashed expansion pack.

My favorite gift that I gave? A lonelyto25 is NOT Princess Oreo wall clock. You can guess who it was for. It’s really cool. Well, in my opinion, at least. Then there’s also a lonelyto25.com calendar which I worked hard on (from Cafepress, available here), a lonelyto25 is NOT Rand Miller teddy bear, and, for loq, a bag of boxes of Reeses peanut butter cups. Mmm, the chocolate of life.

So where am I right now? Sitting here… updating Blah!… wishing people would talk to me. Bah. Me want Cyan Chat back.

Mmm… oh, yeah, we have some chocolate peanut butter fudge-type balls that the loq family made. Mmm, they’re good. They’re not much to look at, but they’re fun to eat. loq tells me making them spoils the whole idea of eating them. We finally figured out that it was because he’d never played with mud when he was little. Heh.

Humm… I really should get the pictures off of my camera and do something with them… but I don’t feel like doing that right now. So much (well, ok, very little) effort for… erm… whatever’s on there. D’no what I’d do with any of it, anyway. La.

You know that city half an hour away from here? They should move it over here. Scott (Pixy’s boyfriend) and Cody (friend of ours) both live there, and any meetings are usually done by going there. And it’s so far… Well, not as far as some places, but enough to prevent spontenuity.

Speaking of people, I wish they’de get online… I’m so alone… Well, yeah, my name sort of implies that. Come back, Cyan Chat! Or get online, Oreo or Grumm! Or actually start talking, people who are online! Yeesha. Just… Yeesha.

Yeah. And they all lived happily ever after. Until the sequel happened, but that’s a whole other story.

That’s right, 3:35… I haven’t been up this late a lot since… well… June, I guess. Friday night was an exception, though. Pixy’s parents went out to this Christmas party, leaving her to supervise her sister’s birthday party, which was a living nightmare. loq and I got there at ten to save her, but her parents were late, so we didn’t leave until eleven. And not a moment too soon, either. Gah. Too much estrogen in one house.

Anyways, loq’s parents called, so he had to go home sometime or other o’clock. After Pixy’s and my failing at trying to retrieve Lilo and Stitch from Hollywood Video, we watched Huck Finn (a favorite of hers that I didn’t even know we had) which lasted until 3:00 AM… But now it’s a few days later, 3:40 AM.

Why am I up, you ask? Did I see The Two Towers? Nope. Close, though. My mom and older sister (and Pixy’s younger sister) went to see the midnight viewing, and I was left home watching the children. I’d have gone to bed if it weren’t for Olivia being, well, a baby, and not wanting to sleep through her crying if she woke up. And she did wake up, so it’s good that I was up here.

Oh dear. I think I had a point, but I lost it. My thoughts are so disorganized… Anyway, speaking of thoughts, it’s a strange thought that I’m actually incapable of singing a song I wrote to the Protoman theme. Sad, too, because it’s actually rather nice. Oh well. You’ll see eventually.

Gah… I keep thinking I hear the phone ringing in my mom’s room. The one in the kitchen’s not, eh, there anymore, so I have to listen for if the phone rings… but it’s not. I finally realized it’s the computer… or moniter. Or something. Our computer is pretty loud at running… I’ve vacuumed it, but it doesn’t help much. It still humms, rings, and whines loudly. *sigh* Oh well.

Anyways, I installed the Google toolbar on IE. It’s so nifty. I got addicted to it after using it so much at work… And speaking of work, guess what? No. Nope. Nuh-uh. Not really. Nah. Eh? No. That’s right! Took you long enough. I got a raise! I went from $6.50 an hour to $8.00 an hour. “Meh.”, you say? Do I care? Hehe.

On some related notes… I redid a lot of the website, and started on the sister site. We’re getting new auction software (big jump), and moving into another building (another big jump) sometime this month. It means I won’t be able to bike to work, but the place is pretty close to Harbor Lights, so I’ll at least be able to go there now and then.

Anyways… Tomorrow, Pixy and I are going to watch Lilo and Stitch at her house. Of course, we just decided this right before she got offline for the night, so it’s not entirely planned out, but basicly I go get the movie after work and show up at her house, possibly calling beforehand.

3:54 AM-ness inspired me to IM my boss or his wife or whoever’s logged into their AIM name and active right now saying “This is Richard (employee, not customer)… just letting you know that, since my mother’s still yet to return, leaving me still watching children here at about 4:00 AM, there’s a good chance I may be eleven seconds or so late tomorrow. Today. Whatever you call it.”… I of course have to wonder if they’re up (which wouldn’t suprise me) or if AIM forgot what “Idle” means. No reply yet, ‘eh? Hmm.

Humm… trying to work on something for y’all to see… I’ll talk about it when it’s finished. Mom’s home now anyways. G’night.

Flashy has arrived!!! …On Wednesday, actually. But he’s still cool. :)

Oh, yes. Clicky to see what the camera looks like. I actually got it from BuyDigitalDirect.com, but that’s not as good a pic. Yeah. So, want to see some pictures I’ve taken with Flashy? Of course you do. These are mostly just resized to 50%, with some exceptions.

A quarter! Marbles! And a penguin. -

Hats

Me and Pengy … As you can see, lots of hats. There was this sale thing, bag full of shirts for $20, a bunch of hats for some random-ish price. I got 11 or so for $3. And a lot of nice shirts with random company logos on them. Heh. As you can also see, I moved my Nature’s Magic poster to the wall where the Riven Dagger was, and vice versa.

Intersting thing… my lens cap reminds me a lot of the KI… Not much, you say? Well, it looked sorta like that at Mysterium… Yeah… and I sorta confuse the way things look… but it did look like a KI to me! Honest!

Yeah. Anyways… Last night, well, today, actually, was loq’s birthday. Last night he, me, Pixy / Oreo, Scott, and Cody went bowling to celebrate, commemorate, and observe said event. It was a lot of fun… for me, anyways. I’m not that great at bowling, but when Scott, Cody, and Pixy all decided they didn’t want to play anymore, loq and I took over as all of them, switching between characters, making random shots.

What was funny was, when Pixy and Scott were still playing, I bowled for her once… I took a six-pound ball, walked up to the lane, set it on the floor, and pushed it toward the pins. A few hours later (ok, seconds, yeah), it finally got there… and it made a strike. No joke, I stopped and rolled a 6-pound ball, and it got a STRIKE! It didn’t happen that way afterwards, but, man, that was great.

And what now? Well, I’m sitting here, of course. Updating Blah!. Earlier today, while I was putting away my new shirts (I feel so weird owning more than three now), Pixy and Scott called… and I couldn’t recognize Scott’s voice. It sounded different… but then again the phone was acting up right then, but still… yeah. They called to see if I wanted to go wherever it was they were going, but since my mom was leaving town to go shopping, I had to stay home to watch what sibs of mine were staying here.

GAH! DVDs are so quiet! I just put a video tape on for my youngest brother, because the Beauty and the Beast DVD had finished, and it was so loud! Really, the DVD people need to make the audio louder. Yeesha. Anyways… Yeah. I guess I’ll update the pics of my room sometime… eventually. Later. Yeah.

My thoughts are so random and disordered. I finally told Scraper what I’ve been waiting to tell her since November 24th, that I ordered a new camera. Finally did. Turns out she has a newer-ish camera, too, but brought her PDC 700 along because it was tradition. Heh. I’ll probably take both of my cameras with me to Mysterium. Or not. D’no yet. She (Scraper) had an interesting idea, though, taking the same picture with both cameras to compare the two. I’ll do that… eventually. When I decide what to photograph. Heh.

Whooooo. Life is so weird. Yeah. The End.
